Transparency
When I start working with you, there is an assessment and initial implementation period. As we assess, we implement MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Increments and deliver product value from the outset.
- Scrum Assessment: Ideal for existing teams and teams new to Scrum, this plan provides a solid foundation with initial setup, Sprint planning, and Daily Scrum facilitation. We get your team up and running pronto and assess as we go while continuously implementing MVP Increments. We get to know each other.
- Scrum Accelerator: This plan takes delivering product value by the Scrum Team to the next level. It follows the Assessment, along with ongoing coaching and refinement. Continuously optimizing your processes, workflow, and documentation SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are some of the activities taking place.
- Scrum Cadence: With this plan, we ensure long-term delivery of product value while implementing MVP Increments as identified during the Scrum Sprint. Benefit from continuous coaching, backlog refinement, grooming, Increment right-sizing, and maximizing team performance.
We include these ceremonies and activities in each Sprint:
- Sprint Planning.
- Sprint Reviews.
- Sprint Retrospectives.
- Daily Scrums (daily stand-ups.)
- Identify and address obstacles and hurdles as they occur.
- Backlog grooming and right-sizing (up to 10% per Sprint.)
